Mapleview Drive East Is Growing With The Community
Road Closure – Starting June 8th
During these important infrastructure improvements our road will be temporarily closed, however, our sales office and model homes remain open. With a short detour, we’ve made it easy to visit us in person or you can enjoy a live virtual walk-through from the comfort of your home.
The City of Barrie is completing important infrastructure improvements along Mapleview Drive East to support growth, improve traffic flow, and enhance access in this growing area of the city. During construction, our sales office and model home at 1 Lally Terrace remain open. Follow the posted detour signs or use our direct route below for the easiest way to visit us.

Recommended Detour Route to
1 Lally Terrace
From Mapleview Drive East / Highway 400 area:
- Turn right on Yonge Street
- Turn left on Lockhart Road
- Turn left on 20th Sideroad
- Turn left on Mapleview Drive East
- Continue west to 1 Lally Terrace
This will bring you to the other side of Mapleview and will allow you to approach the sales office from the west side that remains accessible.
Please follow all posted City of Barrie detour signage, as construction routes may shift during the project.
