The Wait is Over!
On Saturday May 25th we will be hosting a Friends & Family event to introduce a mix of freehold towns and detached homes within our newest community Hewitt’s Haven.
Hidden amongst the busy and vibrant energy of southeast Barrie on the outskirts of the Hewitt’s Gate community.
It's all in the details:
- This invitation gives you the FIRST opportunity to purchase at the lowest price before we release to the public.
- 'Savour the moment' and come home to a quaint neighbourhood of only 142 homes. Starting in the $600's, you will have first access to purchase one of 36 freehold towns and detached homes.
- The most unique streetscapes within the City of Barrie will be created through a mix of Craftsman, Contemporary and Mid-Century Modern exteriors, with a direct path to nature trails throughout acres of environmentally protected land.
- Closing dates are set for Spring/Summer 2026.
